THE TABLE PROJECT (2023)
Glazed ceramic and iron tables
These pieces are part of The Table Project, curated by Isidro Blasco as part of Carabanchel Diseña for Madrid Design Festival. The project revisits an initiative originally conceived by his father, Arcadio Blasco, who invited artists of his generation to reinterpret one of his ceramic tables through their own artistic language. Following this precedent, Isidro has invited contemporary artists to reinterpret the tables in their own way.
The work formed part of The Table Project (2023) and, in 2024, The Mural, both within the framework of Madrid Design Festival.
